WE DREAM OF ACHIEVING BIG LIFE GOALS.BUT MOST OF THE TIME WE END UP BEING FRUSTRATED.WHEN WE THINK ABOUT THIS I FELT ONE OF THE MAJOR REASON FOR THIS IS LACK OF MOTIVATION THAT WE FAIL TO ABSORB.
HOW DO WE STAY MOTIVATED AND INSPIRED TO ACHIEVE OUR TARGETS?
WHETHER YOU'RE TRYING TO FINISH YOUR DEGREE OR TRYING TO CLIMB MOUNT EVEREST YOU NEED TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.HERE ARE SOME STEPS TO STAY MOTIVATED TO ACHIEVE YOUR LIFE GOALS.
01. Why aren't so serious.
« People often say that motivation doesn't last.Well neither does bathing.That's why we recommend it daily.»
First thing first.Do not take anything seriously but take motivation seriously.For each and every step of our life we need certain amount of motivation to move forward.Instead of being serious about life,be serious about motivation that you absorb.Because sometimes we don't know what can happen in next day or within next year.So it is important to live in this moment instead of thinking about next stage and getting serious. Whatever happens in future,if you gain enough motivation,your confidence will be your backpack of unknown future.
02. Don't repeat the same mistakes.Learn from them.

Accept your mistakes and embrace them.But do not define by them.Learn from them and experience new things instead of repeating the same bullshit.
03. Remind yourself of your goals.

Make a list of your goals and paste it on your wall or use desktop wallpapers.Go through that at least twice a day to remind yourself.
04. Know your limits but never accept those.

If you want to achieve your targets.You should focus on that step.Once you allow small distractions to mislead you.The motivation you holds up will shrink unconsciously.So you have to know what you're capable of doing best and have to step aside from limited things that mislead you.
05. Take care of your health.

The most essential part of your motivation is your health.Whatever you do your brain needs oxygen to focus,think and act.Take good food and exercise your body.
06. You are the best version of you.

Visualize yourself as the best.Wake up every morning to beat your yesterday targets.Belive in your goals.This will encourage you to go extra mile.
07. Ask for help you need.
« You maybe smart working alone but accepting help from others and you will find brilliance.»
Don't be afraid to ask for help.People like to help each other.What I think is people want to ask for help but their stupid egos don't.One individual cannot do everything.But each one of us can do something. Together we can achieve anything.
08. Music matters.Genre doesn't.
« Music gives soul to universe,wings to the mind,flight to the imagination,life to the everything.»
Listen good music.It doesn't matter about genre.Keep your playlist with good music.Belive me it can pump up your motivation wherever you go.
09. Starve your distraction.
«Feed your focus.Starve your distraction.
Train your mind to see good in every situation.There are outnumbered point of views all around us.Don't feed your distractions.Let them swing through your ears without touching your brain.Stick in to your focus.If you feel like out of focus take a little break.
10. Talk to yourself

Talk with yourself nicely.Because you know yourself more than anyone.Train your mind to listen more than you talk.Speak only if it is necessary.
11. A toast to accomplishment.

For each and every accomplishment give yourself a reward to increase your motivation.This will help you to value your self worth and achieve even bigger targets.
12. Brain needs Oxygen

We aren't robots.Do not overthink anything in life.Take a break often.Go somewhere and practice mindfulness.

We like surprises.What I mean by this is try out new stuff that you haven't done before.If you don't know what it is like,go talk with some random person.See how it works.
